We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Procurement Support Administrator at Hafod.

This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a salary of £26,704 per annum, with the flexibility of a 9-day fortnight, allowing you to enjoy a day off every other week. Additional benefits are outlined below.

Embracing a hybrid working model, this role provides the option to work from home part of the time, while also requiring attendance at various sites for collaborative efforts and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will deliver vital administrative assistance to the procurement team at Hafod. Your duties will include managing purchase orders, maintaining supplier information, and overseeing contract administration. You will also facilitate training for internal users on procurement systems, ensure adherence to policies, and support procurement activities in accordance with the new Procurement Act 2023. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, maintaining supplier databases, and driving continuous improvement initiatives will be crucial aspects of your role. You will handle inquiries, monitor contract performance, and ensure that all procurement processes are thoroughly documented and compliant with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

We seek a motivated individual with a positive outlook who can contribute to the transformative efforts at Hafod. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage P2P processes, provide training, and nurture stakeholder relationships. A meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to compliance with internal policies are critical.
