**About Career Legal**
Career Legal is a leading global law firm with an outstanding reputation. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our wider HR team as a Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a key point of contact for all staff, including internal stakeholders, to support the graduate recruitment and development process.
- Support with all aspects of employer branding, including reviewing promotional materials, organizing artwork for publications, maintaining the graduate recruitment website, and dealing with graduate advertising.
- Support across the legal apprenticeship, trainee vacation scheme, and open day selection and offer processes.
- Support with and provide advice regarding the various diversity programmes in place.
- Monitor current and future trainee performance, through to qualification, and assist with any performance issues.
- Assist with the appraisal process for trainee solicitors, ensuring all appraisal reviews with trainees are completed on a bi-annual basis.
- Attend and organize future trainee social events.
- Perform administrative duties, keeping the HR system up to date at all times and maintaining all trainee files.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm, with a full understanding of the process involved in trainee solicitor recruitment and development.
- Education to a degree level.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
