As a Principal Civil Engineer at Zesty Work, you will bring over 10 years of experience in the industry with a strong aspiration to embark on a new and inspiring chapter in your career.
Your background should include UK design consultancy experience across various sectors, with a notable focus on residential projects.
You will be proficient in the use of software such as WinDes, Civil3D, AutoCAD, and their equivalents.
In addition to this, you will possess sound client liaison skills, be commercially aware, and have experience covering Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104.
You will have a hands-on approach and a desire to stay actively engaged in both design and project delivery.
You will have a willingness to grow a civils team alongside the Regional Director, including helping to manage and mentor colleagues, which will be a key asset.
