Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process, including attending interviews and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Deliver on-boarding and induction programs to new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Provide guidance and advice on HR policies to employees, including employee handbooks and company policies.
  • Update employee records and ensure that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Deliver training to line managers on specific HR areas, including employment law and company policies.
  • Advise and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries and grievances, and assist with training line managers on investigations and chairing hearings.
  • Drive and support employee engagement and well-being initiatives, including employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects, including the development of new policies and procedures.
  • Champion the company culture, ensuring that all employees are aware of and aligned with the company's values and mission.
  • Produce management information reports, including HR metrics and analytics.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards qualification.
  • Sound all-round HR generalist experience, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Confident in handling challenging situations and effective at multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of current employment law and excellent IT skills.
