About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Portfolio, Finance and Business Management to join our team at The Scottish Government. As a key member of our Chief Digital Office, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for portfolio management, financial operations, and business development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze resource levels, allocate financial resources, and prioritize project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, staff, and external partners to drive business outcomes and achieve public value.
- Develop and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with Agency and Central Finance colleagues to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
