Job Title: Plumber
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our Estates team at Malborough College. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, and improvements to the college's plumbing and drainage installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all appropriate repairs, maintenance, and improvement of the college's domestic and commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
- Work effectively and efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Adhere to good building practice and current building regulations.
- Operate and maintain a wide range of types and ages of gas and oil-fired heating systems and associated installations.
- Work at height and in enclosed spaces, with all necessary safety equipment provided.
Requirements:
- Experience of general plumbing and a wide range of types and ages of gas and oil-fired heating systems and associated installations.
- Experience of operating multi-site installations using a Building Management System would be an advantage.
- Ability to work at height and in enclosed spaces.
