Job Title: Chef De Partie

We are seeking an experienced relief Chef De Partie to join our team at a popular gastro pub in Chigwell, Essex. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including small plates, light bites, and pub classics, using a mix of fresh and frozen produce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a range of dishes to a high standard
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
What We Offer:
  • A minimum of 40 hours work per week, with opportunities for overtime
  • Weekly pay on a PAYE basis for every hour worked
  • Accrual of holiday pay for paid time off when needed

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
