Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced estates and facilities manager to lead the development of estates and facilities management across our trust. This role will be integral in creating and maintaining inspiring and enabling environments for our pupils so they can confidently learn and play in safe, secure and enriching spaces.

The post holder will ensure that support structures reflect best practice in all aspects of compliance, health and safety, maintenance, security, capital projects and facilities management in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. Leading the site-management team, you will proactively drive the support, advice and guidance needed to improve our services so that they are run in a highly competent and effective manner with a focus on service partnership across our schools.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead the site-management team to ensure the effective management of estates and facilities across the trust.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of estates and facilities management services.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in all aspects of estates and facilities management.

•⁠ ⁠Provide leadership and guidance to estates and facilities staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
