About the Role
Care South is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our bank team at Fairlawn, our purpose-built residential and dementia care home in Ferndown, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred care to our residents, identifying their needs and abilities.
  • Support residents to remain independent, providing elements of personal care as needed.
  • Build relationships and provide companionship, getting to know our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and co-operative atmosphere.

About You:
We're looking for someone with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on our residents' lives. You'll need to be naturally compassionate and understanding of others. Previous care experience is not essential, and we'll provide a full induction and training programme to support you. You must be over 18 years old to apply.
