As a Culinary Service Specialist at St Andrews Links Trust, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality culinary service that enhances the customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes to standard operating procedure (SOP) standards every shift.
  • Supervising commis chefs working in your area to ensure all SOP standards are met.
  • Maintaining awareness of and complying with food hygiene regulations, reporting any breaches to senior chefs.
  • Ensuring adherence to and compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Undertaking cleaning and housekeeping duties as required to maintain high levels of hygiene.
  • Dealing with deliveries, recording temperatures, and storing items in accordance with house rules.
  • Adhering to all Links policies and procedures.
  • Undertaking any other duties as required.
Working Hours

As a Culinary Service Specialist, you will work on an annualized hours basis, with 10 hours per week more in Summer and 10 hours per week less in Winter. Your working hours will be:

  • Summer: 8am am breakfast, 11.30 am pm all-day service.
  • Winter: 8am am breakfast, 11.30 am pm all-day service.
