About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing nurturing care and support to young individuals in our residential care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support and care to young people with complex needs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
- Previous experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a residential care setting
- MAPA training or equivalent
- Valid driving license (desirable)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and sleep-ins
- Age 21 or above
