Formulation Chemist Opportunity

Science Solutions Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Formulation Chemist to join their team. As a Formulation Chemist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company, developing new products and managing projects from concept to launch.

About the Role:

• Develop and formulate new chemical products, ensuring high quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage projects from concept to launch, overseeing all aspects of product development, including documentation and updates.
• Present projects to key stakeholders, communicating effectively and confidently.
• Review project briefs, create development plans, and address requirements such as shelf life determination, production trials, and costing.
• Collaborate with the Regulatory team to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Participate in lab activities, conducting experiments and testing.
• Provide technical support to the Commercial team, ensuring seamless product development and launch.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements:

• Chemistry degree or relevant subject.
• Ability to manage projects, with experience in project management an advantage.
• Background in FMCG, Healthcare, Biocides, Cosmetics, or Detergents.
• Proactive and confident individual, capable of dealing with responsibility.
