We are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Receptionist to provide exceptional support to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate staff members.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with client intake and processing legal documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
