About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Internal Sales Executive to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the construction supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction supply chain or a related industry
  • Strong knowledge of brickwork and masonry components, as well as the construction supply chain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement changes
