Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salon Account Manager to join our team at Revlon Professional. As a Salon Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including hairdressing and barber shops.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to customers to help them grow their business.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales plans and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the beauty industry and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and market demands.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Complementary sales training desirable.
  • User computer skills.
  • Full Driving License.
