We are seeking an experienced Assistant Management Accountant to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Management team with financial and operational data analysis.
Job Purpose:The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations to Senior Management. You will also be involved in preparing business cases for major capital expenditures, project budgeting, and financial analysis of strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Support projects across various stages, including project schedule and budget control.
- Prepare project economics, including financial models, valuations, and risk-sensitivity analysis.
- Lead project budget and forecast processes within the Business Unit.
- Assist project teams with financial guidance and provide analytical solutions.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operational Planning, and Global Engineering teams to support business operations.
- Provide standard and ad-hoc analyses for Senior Management and other stakeholders.
- Conduct business unit controlling and generate regular reporting from SAP.
- Degree in business administration or a related field, and/or CIMA/ACCA part-qualified.
- Previous experience in operations and project controlling, including the development of KPIs to measure performance.
- Understanding of the chemical industry or manufacturing plants is advantageous.
- Strong affinity for finance and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience with SAP is essential for this role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
