Role Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant specializing in SEND, your primary focus will be to assist children and young people with diverse needs, including Autism and ADHD. Your role will encompass:

  • Providing tailored support to enhance learning experiences.
  • Engaging in active outdoor learning and facilitating 1:1 interactions.
  • Offering emotional guidance and support during challenging situations.
  • Accompanying students on educational trips and excursions.

Compensation

The weekly salary for this position ranges from £415 to £500, dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
