Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic advice and guidance to the National Clinical Director and Regional leads on operational issues within Acute Medicine.
- Lead and support the development of IUEC services in the region, and nationally when required.
- Review and provide advice on longer-term strategic issues within Acute Medicine.
- Act as a conduit for dissemination of information to and from clinical colleagues as appropriate.
- Develop strong relationships and provide support to acute medicine service leads at acute trust level.
- Operationalize strategy and innovation, and support operational excellence in the Sector.
- Strong clinical leadership and advisory skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
