Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels special and wants to return. You will work closely with our kitchen team to provide informed recommendations and upsell opportunities, maximizing revenue and enhancing the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Upsell and recommend menu items, wine, and other beverages to enhance the guest experience.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Manage tables and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
