Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team at Clark James Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for broking new business enquiries and renewal risks, liaising with Directors, Account Executives, and Account Handlers to obtain the best possible terms from the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with insurers and identify new opportunities to expand the department
  • Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional client service and maintain a strong reputation in the market
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Commercial Insurance Broking, dealing with larger premiums and complex risks
  • Strong relationships with insurers and a deep understanding of the market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
