We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Coordinator to join our team in Devon. As a key member of our regional housing development business, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technical managers and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with managing engineering and working drawing packages, ensuring that projects are completed to a high standard and meeting all necessary technical approvals. You will work closely with our senior/technical managers on 1-2 sites in the local area, supporting them with projects from design stage through to post-completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with managing engineering and working drawing packages
  • Support technical managers with projects to ensure deadlines are met
  • Work closely with senior/technical managers on 1-2 sites in the local area
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our company
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a similar role, ideally 2 years
  • Experienced within the house building field
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Good understanding of the planning process
  • Good knowledge of section agreements including 104 & 38
  • Confident in supporting on large sites
  • Organised
  • Commercially aware
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Driven and self-motivated

We offer a competitive salary and package, as well as a good mix of site, office, and home working. We are happy to consider both experienced coordinators and assistant/trainee TCs who are looking to stay in this role for at least the next 2 years before stepping up to technical manager.
