Barista Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at One Retail, where you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages. As a Barista, you'll be the face of our brand, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about providing a great experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions
