Job Overview

This role will be aligned to our London office based in Victoria. Our Aviation team makes a real difference for our clients, offering industry expertise and an innovative mindset to help seize opportunities and harness disruption.

You will have the opportunity to help clients with:

  • Their strategy, transactions, restructuring, and delivering value from investments in aviation.
  • Improving outcomes through smarter pricing, innovative products, and partnerships.
  • Driving operational excellence to deliver more efficient and reliable services.
  • Developing their talent for the future as their organization and industry evolves.
  • Delivering technology-enabled asset management and passenger services.
  • Maintaining critical systems and networks to defend against emerging threats.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and cargo.

Key Responsibilities

We are interested in hearing from individuals with demonstrated relevant experience, who can deliver high-quality work to aviation clients, particularly those with experience of:

  • Airline/airport ground operations/flight operations.
  • Airline/airport technology, including operational and commercial systems.
  • Sustainability or environmental issues in the aviation sector, including sustainable aviation fuel.
  • Fuel supply chain, including development of alternative aviation fuels.

We would expect successful candidates to be able to demonstrate:

  • An understanding of the aviation sector and its structures.
  • An ability to create/maintain an effective client network by nurturing key client relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and consulting skills.
  • Experience of designing and delivering projects/programs in a range of environments.
  • An ability to work with colleagues in a multi-disciplined team.
