Relocation Support: If you move for this position, a tax-free relocation allowance of £8,000 is available.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) Hub Senior Social Work Practitioner at grade 12. This role includes:

- A rolling rota system that features an 8-week repeating schedule, consisting of 7-3 shifts one week and 2-10pm shifts the next, including some weekend and bank holiday hours (with additional pay for those shifts and an 18% enhancement).

- Responsibilities will include conducting assessments under the Mental Health Act and leading the referral process, prioritizing cases based on risk assessment.

The primary location for this role is Bridge House, Worthing, but it primarily involves remote work. The AMHP hub serves the entire West Sussex County Council area.
