About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Taylor Hopkinson Limited. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage and coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on project progress, including financial and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering, preferably in Offshore Engineering or Maritime Infrastructure
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in project management or a related field
- Experience in managing external engineering and suppliers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command of English, spoken and written
