About the Role

As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to pick up shifts at a time that suits you. This role is ideal for those with prior commitments, allowing you to balance work with other responsibilities. You will work with people with a learning disability, using a person-centred approach to support them in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with a learning disability to live independently and make informed decisions about their lives.
