Lead a Team of Experts in Foreign Exchange

As a Team Leader at Travelex, you will be responsible for managing a team of experienced professionals in the foreign exchange industry. Your primary goal will be to drive performance and improvement, while ensuring a positive working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with surrounding businesses and create a positive working environment for Travelex staff
  • Drive performance and improvement, including general management duties and responsibilities
  • Monitor and implement best practice around legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
  • Positive people management, including rostering, coaching, and supporting your team through regular performance reviews
  • Be ready to 'roll up your sleeves' and provide support when required with processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Be able to adapt to working under pressure due to seasonal periods
  • Effectively communicate with both customers and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Formal HR process experience, including Return to work, investigations, disciplinary, and performance management
  • Great communicator, able to build relationships and understand people's needs
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and enjoy what you do
  • Sales experience, able to drive your team to success using KPIs and effective coaching and development
Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of four stages:

  1. Initial screening call with our Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers
  2. Online interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners, including a numerical and accuracy test
  3. Bureau visit, where you will meet with the Bureau Manager and see the working environment
  4. Final interview, where we will discuss the role and answer any remaining questions you may have
