Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the roofing and building products industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts, including roofing merchants, independent merchants, national merchants, and national buying groups.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the roofing and building products industry.
  • Set pricing structures, rebates, and discount levels.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the roofing and building products industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven and motivated individual with a passion for sales growth.
