Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Programs: Design, implement, and maintain a software quality assurance program that meets organizational test and quality assurance needs for complex software applications.
- Lead Automation Efforts: Focus on and encourage automated testing to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance peers to understand usage scenarios, boundary conditions, and acceptance criteria.
- Research and Recommend Test Automation Tools: Research, recommend, and participate in the selection of test automation tools to support quality assurance efforts.
- Develop Test Strategies and Plans: Create test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts to evaluate the outcomes and recommend solutions.
- Oversee Testing Practices: Oversee and monitor the development and execution of test plans and testing practices adopted by teams.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Research, evaluate, recommend, and provide technical leadership for enhancements to quality assurance processes and systems.
- Cultivate Inclusive Leadership: Explore diverse perspectives and consistently behave sensitively toward differences in cultural norms, expectations, and ways of communicating.
- 5+ Years of Experience: Five or more years of experience in software development for testing and test automation, including one or more years of significant leadership experience.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

SAIF Corporation offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $93,062 - $109,485 annually, based on a full-time schedule. Additional benefits include health care, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and more.
