About the Role

The Director of Quantity Surveying will be responsible for leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, working on a diverse range of projects from £2m to £50m+. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying, excellent project delivery skills, and the ability to manage and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers on large-scale construction projects
  2. Develop and implement strategies for business growth and development
  3. Collaborate with board members and partners to drive project delivery and team management
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and ventures
  5. Manage client relationships and develop a strong client base in the Manchester area

Requirements

  1. MRICS Qualified
  2. Excellent Pre & Post Contract Experience
  3. Strong QS background within UK Consultancies
  4. Desire to get involved in Business Development
  5. Ability to manage and build on the current team
  6. Client-facing skills
  7. Employers Agent experience is beneficial
