Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Purely Recruitment Solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing and will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a mixed residential property conveyancing caseload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with a mixed residential property conveyancing caseload with minimum supervision
  • Generate own referrals and contribute to the evolution of a marketing strategy for the Residential Conveyancing Team
  • Be fully engaged with the firm's marketing strategy and attend marketing events, produce marketing literature etc.

Essential Skills

The appointed person must have excellent organisational skills, a commercial and creative mindset, a proven ability of working to deadlines, good IT skills, preferably with experience on case management systems, and a track-record of producing excellent results.
