- Organize and maintain personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Highly motivated and organized individual with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience of using other software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
The role is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible.
