Organisational Development Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Consultant to join our team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and delivering improvements in culture, behaviours, engagement, and leadership within our Women's and Children's services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to the Women's and Children's clinical and management team to foster greater wellbeing, develop leadership capacity, and embed a safety culture.
- Work with key stakeholders and interdependent projects and programmes to develop a culture of civility and shared ownership/responsibility.
- Apply a 'whole system' perspective to utilise OD improvement skills to support the delivery of sustainable cultural and transformational change.
- Establish credibility and build excellent working relationships at all levels of the organisation to ensure partnership working and effective programme delivery.

Person Specification- Must be able to demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Trust's Values and Behavioural Framework.
- Able to demonstrate a commitment and understanding of the importance of treating all individuals with dignity and respect appropriate to their individual needs.
- Professional and specialised knowledge acquired through a master's degree in OD or similar teaching.
- Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to OD and QI NHSI QSIR Practitioner.
- Accredited facilitator of one or more OD tools MBTI, WAVE.
