We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Production Manager to join our Nut Processing Department at Morrisons.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring that our high standards for product quality, food safety, and efficiency are met.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations within the nut processing department
  • Ensuring efficient production and adherence to strict quality and food safety standards
  • Monitoring KPIs, setting performance targets, and implementing action plans to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Mentoring and developing team members to foster professional growth and improve team morale

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of management experience within a large-scale food manufacturing operation, with a strong understanding of the nut category.

They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive results through team management and a demonstrated ability to drive continuous enhancements in processes and product quality.
