Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will deliver and coordinate a high-quality, efficient, and precise administrative service to the Community Nursing Division, contributing to the seamless operation of the service. The role involves handling sensitive and confidential matters related to clients and their families.
As part of the Administration Team, a versatile approach is necessary to manage varying workloads and responsibilities effectively.
- Attach documentation to electronic patient records.
- Input data and generate reports as requested by clinical leads for monthly audits.
- Sort incoming correspondence and distribute it to the appropriate department or individual.
- Photocopy, scan, and disseminate information in compliance with information governance standards.
- Order stock and equipment using appropriate systems.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- NVQ or RSA Level 2 or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an administrative role.
