About the Company

Our client is a reputable Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) service provider, specializing in the management of facilities for commercial properties across the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Heating Technician, your primary duties will include:

  • Installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial heating systems.
  • Conducting breakdown repairs of heating equipment in a commercial setting.
  • Performing reactive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation of heating systems.
  • Identifying and executing heating/combustion maintenance works proactively.
  • Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks within designated timeframes to maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Implementing improvements to heating and combustion systems as necessary.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Domestic gas certification.
  • Commercial gas certification.
  • Level 2 qualification in Plumbing & Heating.
