Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Congleton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a female client with complex health needs in her own home and out in the community.
About the Role:
- Support our client with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
- Drive her vehicle, requiring a full UK driver's license.
- Work 3 x 12-hour day shifts per week, with a full-time schedule of 36 hours.

- A competitive hourly rate of £11.50-£13.50.
