We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Operator to join our team at Greencore. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our factory.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize all equipment and production areas to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Report on stock levels to aid the Hygiene Team Leader in maintaining a fully stocked inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standard and schedule.
- Use cleaning products at the correct dilutions to ensure safe and efficient use.
- Work discreetly and maintain confidentiality in areas containing sensitive information.
- Conform to all health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with the Hygiene Team Leader as needed.
- Previous experience in a hygiene-based role is essential.
- Health & Safety Level 2 certification.
- Food Safety Level 2 certification.
- COSHH Awareness training.
- Ability to learn and train in different areas of the factory.
- Ability to follow written instructions and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently for periods of time.
