About the Role

Rubicon Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Proposals Engineer to join our team. As a Proposals Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing proposals and technical solutions that align with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. They will also possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CAD software.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to gather information and ensure proposal accuracy.
  2. Prepare detailed cost estimates, project timelines, and technical documentation.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in Proposals or Technical Sales, preferably in industrial equipment.
  2. Strong technical knowledge, with ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  4. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CAD software.
