Job Title: HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis until March 2025. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to provide professional advice and support to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management Support: Maintain current knowledge of legislation and provide advice to managers on various HR issues, develop effective working relationships and promote best practices within the HR team and across the organisation.
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers on HR policies, employment legislation, and manage individual cases, provide advice and support on change management processes.
  • General HR: Support colleagues, contribute to HR policies and procedures, and process contractual changes.
  • Communication and People Skills: Communicate confidential information across the organisation with diplomacy and discretion, uphold confidentiality at all times.
