We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at DPD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant traffic laws and regulations
- Load and unload parcels from the vehicle, using a sack barrow or hand truck as required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Valid C1 licence, DQC and CPC accreditation
- 12 months experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, load and carry heavy items
