Overview
The Impellam Group is a leading provider of workforce solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Principal Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Analytics Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of marketing analytics, including metrics such as brand health, digital attribution, customer segmentation, and value.
- Reporting and Analysis: Design and implement data-driven marketing reports and analyses to inform business decisions across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Customer Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a single customer view, enhancing the effectiveness of next best action models and driving customer-centric decision-making.
- LTV Optimization: Develop and refine a Lifetime Value (LTV) model in collaboration with marketing leads, ensuring optimal investment decisions and activities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders at various levels to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Marketing Analytics Expertise: Proven expertise in marketing analytics, including brand health, digital attribution, customer segmentation, and value.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to extract and clearly articulate meaningful information from data to a wide variety of audiences.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation, especially with Google BigQuery and DBT. Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques such as significance testing, multivariate modeling, MMM, p-value, and A/B testing.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in managing and developing other analysts, ensuring their professional growth and the achievement of team goals.
