Job Summary

MPI Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Engineer to join our team in Holyhead, Isle of Anglesey. As a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out and certifying routine and non-routine maintenance, including defect rectification, within the line and base maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out and certify maintenance activities in accordance with CAA and MAA regulations.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of engineering staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Update maintenance records within the company's maintenance information software.
  • Support Affinity operations and promote the company's Quality and Health & Safety procedures.
Requirements
  • UK CAA Part 66 B1 Licence.
  • Experience of working in a UK CAA Part 145 environment.
  • Experience of supervising staff and working closely with multi-site teams.
  • Ability to acquire UK security clearance and hold a full UK driving licence.
Desirable Skills
  • Detailed knowledge of UK CAA Part 145 regulations and working practices.
  • Understanding of Aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS) and UK CAA Part CAMO regulations.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
