The role of Spa Customer Service Specialist involves managing client check-ins and check-outs, responding to general inquiries regarding spa services and memberships with informed answers, and efficiently handling bookings.

This position presents a wonderful opportunity for individuals who possess a talent for outstanding customer service, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and are enthusiastic about fostering relationships with clients of Nirvana Spa.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary duties associated with this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Accurately managing all aspects of spa bookings and membership administration through various communication channels.
  • Addressing daily challenges, client inquiries, and concerns promptly.
  • Meeting personal and departmental performance targets.
  • Being available to work on a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service roles.
  • Numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-driven and proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leisure-related position, particularly in membership management.
