Job Summary:

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team at our Cottingley Manor Gym. As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and education to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive early years program, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each child are met.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in childcare and education.
• Support the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that fosters children's curiosity and creativity.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in childcare studies or equivalent.
• Experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years, preferably in a nursery setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the children and the organization.
