Cloud Solutions Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at BT Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and translate customer technical requirements into detailed solution designs in accordance with design methodologies.
• Execute technical direction and deliver optimum solution designs for customers.
• Review and validate new developments and in-life products and services to ensure full integration across all aspects.
• Contribute to the improvement of design and delivery capabilities for end-to-end technical solutions.
• Deliver customer solution design engagement and statement of work creation, including any 3rd party deliverables.
• Execute customer migration planning and implementation.
• Support impact assessments and design documentation updates.
• Support all parties throughout the project lifecycle to determine the optimum solution design for customers.
• Resolve solution and service issues, lead root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Undertake the delivery of performance and process improvements.
• Develop and share knowledge on emerging trends and changes in customer solution design.
• Support the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of customer solution design through data analysis to identify issues and areas of improvements.
