We are currently on the lookout for dedicated warehouse associates to become part of our chilled distribution operations. Our commitment to work-life balance is reflected in our 4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern.

Available shift options include:

  • Permanent Night Shift: 4 on 4 off, starting at 7.00pm, with an hourly rate of £15.
  • Permanent Afternoon Shift: 4 on 4 off, starting at 1.00pm, with an hourly rate of £14.
  • Permanent Day Shift: 4 on 4 off, starting at 7.00am, with an hourly rate of £13.
  • Rotating Days & Nights: 4 on 4 off, starting at 7.00am, with an hourly rate of £14.86.

Additional shifts may be available; please inquire for more details.

Compensation is contingent upon the chosen shift pattern, with opportunities for overtime. Overtime hours are compensated at a rate of time and a half (x1.5) for each hour worked. Order pickers will also receive a £1 per hour picking bonus on top of their hourly wage.

In this fast-paced role, our warehouse associates are tasked with the picking and dispatching of packaged chilled goods to retailers across the nation.

We seek individuals who possess a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail, aspiring to build a career in the logistics sector.

While prior experience in a high-volume warehouse setting is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided following the induction process.
