Job Title: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at TJC. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architecture & Design: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Website Management: Oversee the technical operations and enhancements of two e-commerce websites, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
  • Mobile App Integration: Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.
  • Salesforce Integrations: Oversee and manage the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ensuring data consistency and streamlined operations across platforms.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, integration, and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product managers, marketing teams, and IT, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and functionality of integrations and deployments through comprehensive testing and validation processes.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the architecture, integrations, and processes for reference and ongoing support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related technologies, proposing and implementing improvements to enhance the overall platform and user experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) architecture and development.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer or Architect certification required. Additional certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud are a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including PWA/Headless, SFRA, and SiteGenesis architectures & in technologies like payment gateways, search, digital marketing.
  • Integration Skills: Proven experience integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud with mobile applications, SFMC, SFSC, and other third-party systems.
  • Development Skills: Proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks. Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and data integration tools.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, with strong team management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions.
