Are you a skilled Maintenance Supervisor with a robust electrical expertise and a dedication to facilities upkeep? We are pleased to present an opportunity for you to join our organization as a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, where your primary role will be to manage the provision of maintenance services across various commercial properties.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring all tasks are executed to the highest quality standards.
2. Conduct routine site evaluations and inspections, identifying and addressing any maintenance concerns.
3. Execute hands-on electrical maintenance duties, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
4. Organize the scheduling and execution of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responsive maintenance tasks.
5. Communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on maintenance operations and ensuring satisfaction.
6. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, along with company policies and procedures.
7. Maintain precise records of maintenance activities, including job sheets, risk assessments, and service reports.
8. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee timely provision of services and materials.
9. Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resource distribution and controlling expenses.

Requirements:

Electrical Qualifications:
Must possess relevant electrical certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).

Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity within the facilities maintenance sector.

Mobile Role:
Must be comfortable with a mobile role, traveling between sites as necessary.

Technical Skills:
Strong technical understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to manage client relationships effectively.

Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance challenges efficiently.

Driving License:
A full, clean driving license is essential.
