**About the Role**

Crediton Dairy Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock Controller and Planner to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest levels of stock accuracy and stock control across all business stocks in our various storage locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are always within acceptable limits.
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems, including the use of data analysis and forecasting techniques to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and logistics, to ensure that stock levels meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales patterns, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring that they meet our quality and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including SAP, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Understanding of high-speed food manufacturing technology and processes.
